Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings,
Praise and gratitude to the presence of Allah SWT for His grace and guidance, we are still allowed to stay in virtual contact in order to carry out the Graduation ceremony procession in a healthy and happy state. Greetings and prayers may be poured out to our role model Prophet Muhammad SAW and his family, friends and followers, as well as provide optimism for a better future. It is an honor and happiness for me to be able to stay in touch and convey remarks to parents who witnessed the graduation procession with the theme "Special Graduation for Special Forces", although it was held virtually following the government's appeal to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic has changed a lot in how we live this life, conditions that were never imagined before. Lectures that are usually conducted face-to-face in classrooms are replaced by virtual remote meetings using information technology media. Likewise with graduation
Virtually, even without the physical presence of the graduates and parents, they still try to give appreciation and happiness to the graduates for their educational achievements, reaching a bachelor's degree.

On this happy occasion I, on behalf of the extended family of the Bina Tsaqofah Foundation and STEI SEBI, would like to congratulate the graduates on their success in completing their studies at STEI SEBI. Hopefully the blessings of his knowledge and success in achieving his goals in the future. To parents, donors, and partner institutions providing scholarships and the families of graduates, I am grateful, happy and proud of their success in completing their studies,

I also express my gratitude and appreciation to all teaching lecturers and non-academic staff for their hard work and cooperation in carrying out their duties to educate, guide and serve students so far so that they can complete their education and graduate today. The contribution of parents and scholarship partner institutions, as well as guidance from the government - especially Kopertais - is very important in providing motivation during the student's education process, I would like to express my highest appreciation.

The graduates that I am proud of
Continuing to higher education is a special opportunity, students are educated systematically through the educational curriculum to achieve intellectual abilities and academic competences, be wise and apply their knowledge for human progress and welfare. It is fitting that we refer to the Al Quran, regarding the ultimate goal of education, namely to make human beings who believe, knowledgeable (intelligent) and wise, as mentioned in Surat Al Jumuah verse 2,

ُوَ الَّذِيْ بَعَثَ فِى الْاُمِّيّٖنَ رَسُوْلًا مِّنْهُمْ يَتْلُوْا عَلَيْهِمْ اٰيٰتِهٖ وَيُزَكِّيْهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتٰبَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَاِنْ كَانُوْا مِنْ قَبْلُ لَفِيْ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِيْنٍۙ
Meaning: It was He who sent an Apostle to the illiterate people of their own ranks, who read to them His verses, purified (their souls) and taught them the Book and Wisdom (Sunnah), even though before, they were really in apparent error.

Therefore, now you have a social responsibility in the community in responding and finding solutions to problems in society with the provisions that have been obtained in college. Success in taking education is also shown by your readiness to continue studying, adjusting to the times, only humans who can adapt can survive and progress. Be part of the solution, especially with the development of the Industrial 4.0 era towards the next industrial era, plus economic conditions as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Ladies and gentlemen,
We are grateful that STEI SEBI has achieved a fairly rapid development in the last 5 years. This cannot be separated from the commitment and consistency of the STEI SEBI academic community to make STEI a field of charity and da'wah, as well as the commitment of the founders of the Foundation to make a waqf foundation that focuses on educational development. In the academic field, it has obtained additional new licenses for 2 study programs of sharia business management and sharia economic law, and obtained institutional accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. In the field of facilities and infrastructure, with the support and trust of the community, waqf has been obtained in the form of buildings and land for lecture activities. In the field of student affairs, there are more and more donors who provide scholarship support to students. Hopefully this development will further increase public trust in STEI SEBI as a quality university with graduates who have a global vision, are competitive and are oriented towards community development. Hopefully the mandate to develop STEI SEBI, from high school to university level will be facilitated by Allah SWT.

Our beloved graduates,
We believe that the graduates are highly dedicated to the professional field to be engaged in, always innovate, have added value and have entrepreneurial spirit. We believe that you will become a strong generation, become human beings who are useful for the progress of society, nation and country.

Distinguished Ladies and Gentlemen,
Finally, I congratulate the graduates and graduates, and the parents who look proud and happy. Say your thanks to your parents who always pray for you. Make studying as your culture which will lead you to heaven as the hadith narrated by Muslims, "Whoever takes the path to seek knowledge, Allah will make it easier for him to the path to heaven". The future is yours, this nation is waiting for your work, but it does not come by itself, it must be earned with effort and effort, so go after it, good luck always accompany you and always be guided by Allah SWT.
